Day 1 : Arrival in Amritsar
Arrive in Amritsar and check in at your hotel. Start your day by visiting the Golden Temple (Harmandir Sahib), one of the holiest sites for Sikhs. Spend some time immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of the temple, visiting the holy pool, and soaking in the spiritual vibes. Afterward, head to Jallianwala Bagh, a historical site commemorating the 1919 massacre. For lunch, try Amritsari kulchas and lassi at a local eatery. In the afternoon, visit the Partition Museum for a deeper understanding of India’s history, particularly the partition of 1947. Day 2 : Amritsar Exploration & Travel to Jammu

Day 3 : Explore Jammu
Start your day with a visit to the famous Vaishno Devi Temple, one of the most important pilgrimage sites in India. It is located on the Trikuta Mountain, and devotees typically undertake a trek to reach the temple. Alternatively, you can opt for a helicopter ride to reach the temple if you're short on time. After paying your respects, head back to Jammu for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Mubarak Mandi Palace, which was once the royal residence of the Dogra kings. The palace, with its blend of Rajasthani, Mughal, and Kashmirian architecture, is a significant historical site. You can also explore the Ranbireshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, or stroll through Raghunath Bazaar for some local shopping. In the evening, visit Bahu Fort, which provides panoramic views of the surrounding city and the Tawi River.
Day 4 :- Jammu – Full Day Excursion to Patnitop
After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Patnitop, located about 112 km from Jammu. Patnitop is a beautiful hill station offering lush green meadows, serene views, and pleasant weather, making it a perfect getaway. Once there, you can visit Naag Temple or enjoy a peaceful walk around Patnitop Park. The area is also popular for adventure activities like trekking and paragliding. Day 5 :- Jammu – Departure
On your final day, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading to Mansar Lake, a serene spot about 60 km from Jammu, known for its natural beauty and religious significance. You can enjoy a boat ride on the lake or explore the temples surrounding the area. Afterward, you can either visit the Shiv Khori Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, or enjoy shopping at local markets such as Jammu Haat for souvenirs. Depending on your departure time, you can relax or visit any remaining sights before catching your train or flight from Jammu.
